Hi, I’m Sam. I was born and raised in Perth, and I’ve spent over 25 years in the building and construction industry, with more than 15 years specialising in plantation shutter installation. Over the years, I worked with several major companies in Perth, gaining extensive experience and learning what makes a truly exceptional shutter service.
I ran Perth Shutter Installations for over 5 years, and recently decided to move to the South West of WA to bring the same honest, reliable, and high-quality supply and installation of plantation shutters to Margaret River and the surrounding region.
I’ve been visiting the South West since I was a kid for holidays and to see friends, more frequently in the past 15 years and in that time my wife and I have fallen head over heels in love with the region. At the end of 2025 we finally purchased our small slice of paradise and are now based just outside Nannup.
We are now servicing from North of Busselton down to Augusta and all areas in between.
Unlike other window treatment companies servicing the Southwest, SWPS is an entirely internal plantation shutter focused company. This means our buying power is much stronger than all local competitors, allowing us to price our products a fraction of theirs. Furthermore, we fill our containers much faster so our lead times are substantially shorter than the rest.
If you need high-quality plantation shutters at an affordable price, don’t waste your time with a curtain, blind or roller shutter company. Contact Sam at SWPS and give your windows the treatment they deserve and add unmatched style and value to your home today.
Our shutters are built to last and designed for ease of use. Forget about cords, chains, or fabrics that wear, fray, or collect dust. Simple to operate, easy to clean, and incredibly durable, they’ll stay looking amazing for years with minimal upkeep.
